Hearings

Hearing dates are posted as they are confirmed and are subject to being rescheduled or cancelled.

The Regulated Health Professions Act (122(5) and 123 (1)) prohibits the reporting of anything which may identify a registrant charged (including the name, name of clinic or partnership, location of practice, etc.) unless and until the Panel makes a finding against the registrant. If the Panel orders, a complainant or any witness may only be identified by initials.

No hearings are currently scheduled.

 About Hearings

All hearings are open to the public unless the Inquiry Panel orders that all or part of the hearing be held in private. The Panel may find that the allegations against the registrant have not been proven. If all or some of the allegations are proven, a registrant may be reprimanded, subject to a period of suspension, cancellation of licence, terms and conditions imposed, and may be assessed costs of the investigation/inquiry.

If you wish to attend a hearing that is being held virtually, please register at least 24 hours in advance at hearings@cpsm.mb.ca.

Before attending, you must read the documents below and sign and submit the Hearing Rules Acknowledgment:
