Publications & Disciplinary Actions
CPSM abides by the framework set out by the Manitoba government in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) for the publication of certain decisions related to the registration and discipline of its registrants.
This database contains publications of formal disciplinary action taken by CPSM concerning a registrant, including Censures and Inquiry Panel decisions, which are posted once the decision is final. If a decision is appealed, publication may be delayed, depending on the circumstances.
The database also includes publications for Voluntary Surrender of registration, Reinstatement applications, and Cancellation of Registration in a non-disciplinary context.
To ensure transparency, disciplinary decisions remain on the CPSM website for ten years, as permitted by the RHPA, CPSM General Regulation, and CPSM policies.
