Advice to the Profession

We acknowledge we are gathered on Treaty 1 Territory and that CPSM regulates the practice of Western medicine on the Treaty Territories of Treaty 1, Treaty 2, Treaty 3, Treaty 4, Treaty 5, and Treaty 5-Adhesion. We recognize these are the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota Oyate, Denesuline and Nehethowuk Nations, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.

We acknowledge northern Manitoba includes lands that were and are the ancestral lands of the Inuit.
