Bylaws

Bylaws are approved by Council and relate to the governance CPSM. They supplement CPSM's requirements pursuant to The Regulated Health Professions Act and Regulations. CPSM's Standards of Practice of Medicine set out the standards of practice of medicine which all registrants must meet. 

Pursuant to ss. 222(1) of The Regulated Health Professions Act, Council may make bylaws relating to the exercise of the powers, rights and duties conferred or imposed on CPSM Council or by The Regulated Health Professions Act. CPSM's Bylaws are:
