Committees

The following Committees of Council oversee aspects of the complaints and investigations process and may be involved in the processing of a complaint  The extent of each Committee’s involvement will depend on the nature of the concern and how easily the concern is addressed to the satisfaction of the complainant and whether formal discipline is necessary.

  • Complaints

  • Investigation

Each Committee receives administrative support from the staff of the Complaints and Investigation Department and has its own processes.
